Reflections Therapy uses various therapeutic techniques to assist teens communicate their needs in healthy ways, build strong healthy relationships, and develop relaxation skills and copings skills to better address possible struggles of adolescence.

Our clinicians are trained in and have experience with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), relational and psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, trauma focused work, play therapy, sand tray, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
